First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of two ways to give the immunotherapy drug nivolumab: through a vein and directly into the fluid around the spine. It is for people with melanoma or lung cancer that has spread to the lining of the brain or spinal cord (leptomeningeal disease). The goal is to find the safest dose and see if this approach can help control the cancer. About 75 adults will take part.
