Summary

This study looked at whether using a beetroot-based mouth rinse changes the types of bacteria living in your mouth. Twenty-one healthy adults used either the beetroot rinse or plain water daily for two weeks. Researchers checked for changes in mouth bacteria, saliva chemistry, and blood pressure to understand how oral products might affect overall health.
