Summary

This study tests a drug called nintedanib in 20 people who developed bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (a lung condition) after a stem cell transplant. Participants take the drug daily for 12 months on top of their usual anti-rejection medicines. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can help slow lung function decline.
