Summary
This study tested whether listening to ney music (a traditional wind instrument) during a routine non-stress test (NST) can lower anxiety in pregnant women. 126 women at 32 weeks or more were randomly assigned to hear music or receive standard care. Researchers measured anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate, and fetal heart patterns before and after the test.
