New stent graft could fix deadly aortic tears without open surgery

Summary
This study tests a new device called the NEXUS stent graft to treat serious problems in the main artery near the heart, such as tears or bulges. About 110 adults will receive the stent through a small tube in a blood vessel, avoiding major open surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and works well to seal the damaged area.
