Summary

This study tests a new drug called RO7837195 in 224 people with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis who haven't gotten better with other treatments. Half will get the drug, half a placebo, to see if it can bring about remission by week 12. The goal is to find a new option for those who need it most.
