First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study will test a new, fast method to measure levels of beta-lactam antibiotics in the blood of intensive care patients. Researchers will compare the new method with standard lab tests using daily blood samples from 200 patients. The goal is to develop a point-of-care tool that allows doctors to quickly adjust antibiotic doses for better treatment.
