Summary
This study is testing the safety of a new type of stem cell transplant for children whose cancers have come back or are very hard to treat. Doctors use a half-matched family donor and a special process to remove certain immune cells from the transplant, aiming to reduce complications. After the transplant, children also receive a drug called Zoledronate to help boost their new immune system.
