Summary

This study tests a new lab-grown skin substitute (EHSG-KF) for treating deep burns in adults and teens. It compares the substitute to standard skin grafts to see if it covers wounds better and is safer. The goal is to improve healing and reduce the need for large skin donations from the patient.
