New hope for men with Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called Pocenbrodib to see if it is safe and can help control advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone treatments. Researchers will give Pocenbrodib alone or combined with other cancer drugs to about 250 men. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the treatment can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels.
