NCT ID NCT06438471
Summary
This study is testing a new oral medication called EC5026 to see if it is safe and tolerable for people with chronic nerve pain caused by a spinal cord injury. Researchers will enroll 36 adults who have had this pain for over a year and have not gotten enough relief from other standard pain medications. Participants will take the study drug or a placebo pill once a day for two weeks while their health and pain levels are closely monitored.
