Summary
This study looked at 100 people who have brain scan abnormalities but no MS symptoms (radiologically isolated syndrome). Researchers measured four substances in their spinal fluid and blood to see if any could predict who later develops multiple sclerosis. The goal was to find better ways to identify high-risk individuals early.
