Light-Based scanner aims to see inflammation without surgery

NCT ID NCT05333978

Summary

This study is testing a new experimental imaging device called MSOT. It uses light and sound waves to take pictures of inflammation through the skin in people with Crohn's disease, colitis, or graft-versus-host disease. The main goal is to check if the device is safe and if its images match what doctors find using standard tests. The device is for research only and will not be used to make treatment decisions.
