Summary

This study tests a new surgical technique using a skin flap from the groin area to rebuild the mouth or throat after cancer removal. The goal is to see if this method causes fewer complications at the donor site compared to standard flaps. About 40 adults with head and neck cancer will be followed for 12 months after surgery.
