Summary
This study aims to find a better treatment for fibromyalgia, a condition causing widespread pain and fatigue. Researchers will compare the effectiveness and safety of a new drug called crisugabalin against the commonly used medication pregabalin. The trial will involve over 1,100 adults with moderate to severe fibromyalgia who haven't found relief from non-drug treatments.
