NCT ID NCT06497985

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (tucidinostat, sintilimab, and bevacizumab) can help people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer (MSS/pMMR) who have already tried at least two standard treatments. About 430 adults aged 18 to 75 will be randomly assigned to receive either the triple combination or a single drug (fruquintinib). The main goal is to see if the combination helps people live longer.
