Summary

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of combining two drugs, VS-6766 and cetuximab, for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has a specific genetic change called a KRAS mutation. The study is for people whose cancer has continued to grow despite trying standard treatments like chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if this new combination can help control the cancer.
