Pfizer tests new 'Smart Bomb' cancer drug in advanced disease patients

Summary

This early-stage study is testing the safety and effects of an experimental cancer drug called PF-08046876 in adults with advanced solid tumors. The drug is an antibody drug conjugate designed to target and kill cancer cells. Researchers will give the drug through an IV to about 310 participants with advanced bladder, lung, head/neck, esophageal, or pancreatic cancers to find the safest and most effective dose.
