First human trial launches for promising new cancer pill targeting multiple tumors
NCT ID NCT06257264
Summary
This is an early-stage study testing a new oral drug called BG-68501 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug, both when given alone and when combined with other cancer medications for specific breast cancers. Researchers will also get an early look at whether the treatment helps shrink tumors.
