Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week structured exercise program can improve running performance and reduce injury risk in recreational runners. 24 adult runners who run at least twice a week will be randomly assigned to either do the program twice a week or continue their usual routine. The program focuses on hip and core strength, balance, and running-specific movements.
