Summary
This study looks at whether a brain training method called neurofeedback can help new mothers who have experienced trauma feel better and manage their emotions. Twenty moms with PTSD or dissociation symptoms, who are 3-24 months postpartum, will try the training alongside their usual care. Researchers will measure changes in well-being, mood, parenting stress, and infant behavior to see if the approach is helpful and practical.
