Nerve stretching order may ease carpal tunnel pain

NCT ID NCT05905107

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested two ways of performing nerve-mobilization exercises in 56 people with carpal tunnel syndrome. One group did the exercises from the wrist toward the neck, the other from the neck toward the wrist. The goal was to see which sequence better reduced pain, improved wrist motion, and eased daily hand function. Results will help guide physical therapy choices for this common nerve condition.
