Zap to wake up? gentle neck stimulation tested for Post-Surgery recovery

NCT ID NCT07191340

Summary

This study aimed to see if a gentle, non-invasive device worn on the neck could help patients wake up faster and more clearly after spinal surgery. It planned to test if this stimulation could reduce post-surgery confusion and low mood, potentially helping patients leave the recovery room sooner. The trial was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
