First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding a technique called neurodynamic nerve mobilization to standard physical therapy helps people with mild-to-moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. 86 adults aged 20-55 took part. The goal was to see if the extra treatment could reduce pain, improve hand strength, and increase nerve function better than physical therapy alone.
