NCT ID NCT07429981
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding nerve gliding exercises to standard rehab can reduce pain and improve neck movement, grip strength, and quality of life in people with cervical radiculopathy (a pinched nerve in the neck). The trial plans to enroll 28 adults with disc bulges at specific neck levels. It has not started recruiting yet.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
nerve gliding exercises (neuromobilization)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a simple, non-drug exercise approach to ease pain and improve neck function for people with cervical radiculopathy.
What could go wrong
This is a very small, early-stage trial (28 people) that hasn't started yet. Results may not apply to everyone, and the exercises might not provide significant benefit over standard care.
