Summary
This study looked at 90 adults having knee replacement surgery to see which nerve block technique works better for pain and getting patients moving sooner. One group got a fascia iliaca block, the other got a combination of adductor canal and IPACK blocks. The main goal was to measure how much pain medicine they needed in the first 24 hours.
