Summary
This study aimed to understand if simple neck exercises could improve flexibility in other parts of the body. Researchers tested 30 healthy young adults to see if stretching or using a massage roller on the neck could increase the range of motion not just in the neck, but also in the right hip. The goal was to gather knowledge about how the body's connective tissues might work together.
