NCT ID NCT07150416

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests if inhaling a gene therapy called Gendicine can shrink or eliminate multiple ground-glass lung nodules, which are often precancerous. About 38 adults with these nodules will receive the treatment through a nebulizer. Doctors will monitor nodule changes with CT scans and track side effects to see if the approach is safe and effective.
