First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests a new, non-invasive imaging device that uses light to monitor how breast tumors respond to chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if it can accurately predict when the cancer has been completely eliminated (called a complete pathological response). The study involves 15 women with certain types of breast cancer, and the device is used before and during treatment to measure tissue changes.
