First seen Dec 16, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two immunotherapy drugs (cemiplimab and fianlimab) before surgery can kill more tumor cells in people with stage IB to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. About 60 adults will receive the drug combination before their tumor is removed. The goal is to see if this approach leads to fewer viable cancer cells remaining after surgery.
