First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether watching a nature-based virtual reality video while listening to special sound waves (binaural beats) can help people relax. Healthy adults will try both the VR experience and a control session, while their heart rate and stress levels are measured. The goal is to see if this approach can be a simple, drug-free way to reduce stress.
