NCT ID NCT07180342
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study is testing whether structured nature-based tourism activities can improve symptoms of major depressive disorder. Researchers will compare an intervention group that takes part in these activities with a control group receiving usual care, while both groups continue their regular antidepressant medication. The goal is to see if time in nature can boost mood and social functioning.
