Summary
This study is testing a new experimental drug called CNSI-Fe, which is an iron-loaded nanoparticle suspension injected directly into tumors. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help control cancer in people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug works by triggering a specific cell death process inside the cancer cells.
