Summary
This study tests whether taking N-acetylcysteine and simethicone before an upper GI endoscopy helps doctors see the stomach lining more clearly. About 132 adults, both healthy and those with stomach issues, will receive either the drug combo or a placebo. The goal is to improve detection of problems like ulcers or tumors during the procedure.
