NCT ID NCT07329283
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at how different light patterns and meal timing change the way your body processes food when you are sleep-deprived. Researchers will track 120 healthy adults aged 18-35 over several months using surveys, medical tests, and three overnight clinic stays. The goal is to understand the link between sleep loss, light exposure, and metabolism, not to test a treatment.
