Summary
This study tested a single injection of MYOBLOC in 40 adults with leg muscle stiffness (spasticity) caused by stroke, brain injury, or spinal cord injury. The goal was to see if it safely reduces stiffness and improves movement compared to a placebo. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
