Summary

This study tests an online program that combines mindfulness and music therapy to help people undergoing stem cell transplants feel better and have fewer symptoms. About 165 adults with blood cancers like leukemia or lymphoma will take part. The goal is to see if this approach improves quality of life, reduces pain, fatigue, and stress, and may even help with recovery.
