Summary

This study looked at whether music therapy can help people with severe mental illness feel more hopeful, improve their quality of life, and connect better with others. Twelve participants from a community mental health team took part in 12 music sessions where they chose songs and talked with a nurse. The results measured changes in hope, quality of life, and social skills.
