Summary
This study tests whether a community-based music mindfulness program can improve anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being in children aged 8-12 with ADHD or anxiety. Participants will attend bi-weekly sessions for 8 weeks, complete questionnaires, and wear fitness trackers to measure heart rate and sleep. The goal is to see if this approach is both helpful and practical for families.
