Can music and mindfulness calm anxious kids? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07481968
Summary
This study explores whether a community-based music mindfulness program can help reduce anxiety and improve focus in children aged 8-12 who have ADHD or anxiety. Over 8 weeks, 35 children will attend bi-weekly sessions, wear fitness trackers, and complete questionnaires to measure changes in their emotional state and attention. Researchers want to see if this approach is both helpful and practical for families in the community.
