Summary
This study tests whether an 8-week virtual music-based relaxation program can help reduce anxiety in adolescent and young adult cancer survivors aged 15-39. Participants will practice relaxation skills for 45 minutes each week. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for managing anxiety after cancer treatment.
