Summary

This study looked at whether resistance training can improve muscle mass, strength, and physical performance in people aged 50 and older with sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss). Forty participants completed a supervised exercise program. The goal was to see if exercise works better than nutritional supplements alone for reversing muscle decline.
