First seen Mar 02, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a new payment system for doctors can help people at high risk for COPD in Xishui, China. About 7,400 adults will be split into two groups. One group gets extra health checks, education, and support for smoking, mental health, and other conditions. The other group only fills out a questionnaire. The goal is to see if the program helps people better understand and manage their lung health and other chronic diseases.
