Simple stretches may soothe shooting neck pain

NCT ID NCT07045974

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a specific type of gentle neck movement (Mulligan mobilization) combined with stretching can reduce pain and disability in people with cervical radiculopathy — a condition where a pinched nerve in the neck causes pain, numbness, or weakness down the arm. About 30 adults aged 20-50 with neck pain radiating to the arm will receive these treatments. Researchers will measure changes in pain, neck movement, and daily function over the study period.
