Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Spasticity Take Control and Stretching for People with MS: An Illustrated Manual (behavioral interventions)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could provide simple, accessible online tools to help people with MS reduce leg spasticity and improve daily life.
What could go wrong
This is a completed study comparing two behavioral programs, not a new drug or cure. Results may show only modest benefits, and the programs may not work for everyone.
