Summary
This study tests a comprehensive rehab program for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) that includes physical therapy, counseling, and nutrition advice. The goal is to improve movement, thinking, and overall well-being. About 26 participants with MS will take part in the program and be assessed through walking tests, hand coordination tests, and questionnaires.
