NCT ID NCT02993900

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether using MRI to guide brachytherapy (internal radiation) can better target tumors and reduce radiation exposure to nearby organs like the bladder and rectum. About 54 adults with cervical, uterine, vaginal, vulvar, or bladder cancer will receive treatment in an MRI machine instead of the usual CT scanner. The goal is to improve accuracy and lower side effects.
