Summary
This study tested an experimental pain medication called MR-107A-02 in 579 adults who had hernia surgery. The goal was to see if it reduces pain better than a placebo or an existing painkiller. Participants rated their pain on a 0-10 scale, and researchers also tracked how much extra opioid pain medicine was needed.
