New device aims to ease chronic constipation

Summary
This study tested a device called MOWOOT for adults with chronic constipation. It compared the device to standard treatment (trans-anal irrigation). The goal was to see if the device improves quality of life and constipation symptoms. 86 adults who had been using standard treatment for at least 3 months took part.
