First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a remote program called Move-MORE for people with sciatica (nerve pain from the lower back into the leg). The program combines mindfulness, gentle movement, and motivational coaching to help manage pain and improve daily function. Researchers will enroll 32 adults to see if the program is feasible and acceptable, and measure changes in pain, disability, and activity levels.

- What this could lead to
- If it works, this could point toward a non-drug, home-based program to ease sciatica pain and improve daily function.
