First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at whether supervised exercise and a diabetes drug called semaglutide can help older adults with type 2 diabetes think better and stay physically healthy. About 164 people aged 65 and older will be placed into one of four groups: exercise only, semaglutide only, both, or standard care. The goal is to see if these approaches improve memory, attention, and brain function.
